PLAYLIST by MASASHI NAKA

・Pete Molinari - It Came Out Of The Wilderness 7"
Young country clues singer around Billy Childish. I should put in best 10 album list of 2008.

・Poppy & The Jezerbels - UFO 7"
Girls teenager band alchemized with John Rivers produce. Mute Irregulars team.

・Magistrates - Make This Work 7"

・Vivian Girls - Tell The World 7"
Girls trio from NYC. Their appearance shows the power of USA.

・Golden Silvers - Arrows Of Eros 7"

・Mystery Jets - Half In Love With Elizabeth (Disco Version) 7"

・Fun Boy Three - Our Lips Are Sealed (URDU Version) 7"
This is on B-side.

・Wave Machines - I Go I Go I Go 7"

・The Monochrome Set - Apocalypso 7"
I think this track wasn't on the album.

・The Long Blondes - Guilt (Dan Carewy Mix) 7"
Their second album wasn't talked that much but excellent. This single version is excellent as well, isn't it?

・Hercules And Love Affair - Shadows 7"
Great tracks from Hercules are mostly from the unreleased 7" B-side. Btw my favorite track from their album is "This Is My Love".

・The Rhythm Method - Renegade Silence 7"
A solo work of DFA1979's not MSTRKRFT guy.

・The Ruling Class - Flowers 7"
At last a cool Manchester revival band.

・Tiny Masters Of Today - Hologram World 7"

・Telepathe - Chrome's On It 7"

・The Love Ambassadeux - Black Mischief 12"
The JAZZ BUTCHER produce. 1985 release.

・Maserati - The World Outside (Thee Loveing Hand Remix) 12"

・Panthers - Goblin City (Holy Ghost! Mix) 12"

・Fingers Inc - A Path 12"
An arbitrary rock feeling of the unestablished age, released in 1986. Still I listen to many of Larry Heard's works from late 80's to early 90's.

・DSK - What Would We Do 12"
I used to buy the early BOY'S OWN releases without getting the meaning. In 1992 they even put Denim of Lawarence from Felt.

・Ladyhawke - Dusk Till Dawn 12"
Ladyhawke is only releasing promo 12"s tho original is definitely cool.

・Jeans Team - Vergessen 12"
A bad timing Berlin band that couldn't become either Gonzales nor Metronomy. The main boy was first 17 or something, and he couldn't drink at all when I had dinner together in Berlin. Tho the major players there like Peaches, Gonzales, and Stereo Total told me he is a genius and he's the most trusted guy. Released in 2002.

・Metronomy - The End Of You Too LP
Second number from the album. No single cut I guess, as it's without lyrics tho I need some remix for this.

・Thieves Like Us - Your Heart Feels 12"

・Juan Maclean - Happy House 12"
